FOUNDATION DEFENDING - Attacking 1/2: Impede Opponents Progress and Re-Balance

Principle of play: Counterpress "6 Seconds Rule"

Prior to scheduled start time

Each player is responsible for getting stretched out,  their heart rate up and ready to play right away. This can be done outside on the grass up until 3 minutes prior to schedule start time. Players should arrive no less than 20 minutes earlier than start time to achieve this. Goalkeepers should be ready to step in a very active goal box as early as ten minutes in to the session (activity 2).

Organization:
Players are expected to come prepared. They need to know their groups for each activity and be familiar with the activities prior to arrival.
