NOTE: If there is no GK coach at the session use the activities in the video as a guide and try it at home on your own before arriving to training so you have an idea of the activities.
Organization:
Activity groups are supposed to be available 12 hours before training starts. As stated above, players are responsible to know what color of pinnies they are to wear for every activity.
Coaches are responsible for setting up the activities prior to players arrival 20 minutes before training
